there’s an art camp that i can go to this summer that’ll let me do some glass work and recycling sculptural art and do fun things in a really pretty town plus there’s the possibility that i can see my grandparents while i’m there
not to mention it’s pretty cheap compared to other things i’ve looked at
the glass work is reeeally tempting
somebody wants to buy my art! like personally own my art and frame it and put it in their house!!
it feels like summer
no shirt, good food and anime openings B)
the best thing about this is that i’m caught up with almost all of my homework (save for french which i’m going to do after dinner) so i’m actually going to get some time to enjoy this weather
i have to keep up with my math homework while i’m out of town but we’re doing something that involves finding the bearing of ships and planes
and it’s harder than i thought it was going to be
uh oh
they said it was going to be sunny in pennsylvania
they lied
i really want to make sea salt ice cream
really really badly
but i’ve only ever tried to make smoothies, baked goods and dinners
ice cream seems like a category all it’s own
planted some flowers which will hopefully grow this year!
today was great!! i didn’t barf plus my friends at school were really funny and nice :)
my history teacher decided to throw information into our test tomorrow that we haven’t talked about and i tried to explain to her that not only was that kind of unfair and irrelevant, but if she really wanted us to learn this “important information” we should at least discuss it a little bit in class first
she compromised and cut down some of the extra work instead of taking the section out of the test entirely
i will take this as a small victory considering she could’ve just said no
today’s a good day (even though i’m sick, that’s pretty okay too) :)
we have the windows cracked open, the grass is getting greener and i get to work in fresh air while drinking tea
(whispers to self) you were going to go to bed early tonight but you thought about the damn anime for an hour and watched youtube videos for bedtime stories instead
dad decided to watch a really intense survival movie and so far 3 people have been attacked by vicious wolves and every time i just closed my eyes and pretended to nap
had a good night at a school concert, got to drive myself home and sing in the car (plus it rained so everything smelled really nice and fresh and the lights reflected off the water, really pretty let me tell you)
